By using Algodón you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. One account per person. You must be 13 or older (16 in the EU) to use the app.
Your content
Photos and wardrobe data you add are yours. You give us a limited licence to store and display them inside your account so the product works. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your content for anything else.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Don't attempt to extract data from other users.
- Don't abuse the AI features (automated scripts, mass requests).
Beta
Algodón is currently free during beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. We'll give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans, and your existing data stays yours.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
